Trip Flare DM 26
The Trip Flare is a hand-deployable, non-lethal device. When wire-triggered, it produces a bright white light of at least 30 sec. duration.
APPLICATION
Effective perimeter protection and defence in open fields is accomplished besides electronic surveillance systems by means of pyrotechnic flares which alert and direct security forces in the direction of intruders.
It disorientates the trespasser for several seconds and illuminates an area of 25m around the ignition point. An infrared variant enhances the night vision capability of the security forces.
