A History of Innovation
Wescom Defence brings together nearly two centuries of operational expertise. Comet, founded in the 1930s in Germany, and PW Defence, formerly Haley & Weller, established in 1949 in the UK, laid the foundation with decades of pyrotechnic innovation. The acquisition of Ketech Defence added advanced CWA and explosive detection capabilities. Most recently, the integration of BCB International, founded in 1854, expanded our offering to include multispectral camouflage, soldier survivability, operational infrastructure, and prime contracting. Together, we deliver integrated defence solutions trusted by military forces worldwide.
