19mm Signal Cartridge Single Star - Red, Green, White

The 19mm Signal Cartridge is fired from the HK EFL 19 Flare Launcher and provides short range signalling and illumination.

 

APPLICATION

Communications between combat forces and battlefield reconnaissance at night are essential elements in operations. The 19mm Signal Cartridges offer an independent means for this purpose and is also used as personnel distress signal.

For special fore field illumination missions, the single star is also available with near infrared light.

CHARACTERISTICS

Red: Emergency signal, tangible mark at the top = full edge
Green: General signal e.g. position cleared, tangible mark at the top, = edge with 4 grooves
White: Short illumination of fore field, tangible mark at the top = edge with 3 grooves
