Coloured Smoke Grenade No.83 – 90 seconds

The No. 83 coloured smoke grenades have been developed to meet all hand thrown smoke signalling requirements.

 

APPLICATION

Ground to air and ground to ground signalling, marking of landing and dropping zones, wind speed and direction indicators, and Land Based Search and Rescue Markers.

Designed to withstand world-wide environmental conditions, they are robust, waterproof and extremely reliable. By employing vivid colours and dense smoke emission for a minimum of 90 seconds, this grenade series provides the optimum signalling performance required by operational troops.
