Wescom Defence re-sign the Armed Forces Covenant
Wescom Defence reinforced their commitment as a supportive employer of reservists, veterans, service leavers and their families by publicly re-signing the Armed Forces Covenant with Defence Relationship Management and the East Midlands Reserve Forces and Cadets Association. Wescom Defence were joined by Key Survival Equipment Ltd, who were signing for the first time. This voluntary pledge was signed by Lt Cdr JP Sanderson RNR, Executive Officer, HMS Sherwood alongside Wescom Defence’s Vice President Defence Sales, David Griffiths.
David commented: “I’m proud of the support Wescom Defence provides to those who are serving and have served. We provide additional paid leave to reservists so that they can continue training and and we offer support during periods of mobilisation. We recognise the value of military skills and qualifications during our recruitment and selection process.”
