Hit-Indicator Simulator

Hit-Indicator Simulators are used in:

•   Tank mounted launchers e.g. DARKAS. One Hit Simulator will be installed together with the Simulators Tank Cannon Firer.

•   Range Gunnery Signature Simulators on firing.

•   Fire Marker Units to simulate IED-Simulation.

APPLICATION

The Hit-Indicator Simulator serve the visible/ audible (DM29) or the visible (DM39) simulation of hits during e.g. tank training. The pyrotechnic effect of the hit simulation on a tank or target device is realised by a red flash followed by a red smoke and followed by a loud report of 165 dB (with report only DM39).

Flash: Colour red light intensity of 80.000 cd duration 1.5 sec. colour red duration 5 sec.
Sound pressure: 165 dB at 3m (DM29) no report (DM39)
Visibility: At least 3.000m
Safety Distance: 50m in firing direction and 30m to each side
